Update 12/8/22: Due to high demand, items may take up to 8 business day to complete and then 2 days to ship, so please order far enough in advance. 

No refund will be provided for orders placed within less than 10 business days of when you need it.

 

Update 6/15/21: A couple summer shipping tips!

· Let us know what day you will be home so we can schedule the delivery for that day. This will avoid having your package sit on the doorstep.  

· We can ship to your place of business or a nearby Walgreens or Dollar General to be held for pickup. 

 

 

Update 9/3/20: Shopify has added Local Delivery and In Store Pickup as an option at checkout, therefore the discount code for local delivery and in store pickup are no longer necessary!  Our delivery radius is 10 miles from the Gallery!

 Shipping Info and Policy

The Chocolate Gallery of B/CS strives to find the best packaging shipping rates and reliability in order to provide our chocolates to your door with the same quality in which it left the gallery. The Chocolate Gallery of B/CS does not charge additional handling fees and only charges cost of shipping and packaging materials to the customer.

The Chocolate Gallery of B/CS ships exclusively with FedEx.

Please provide an accurate United States street address including suite or apartment number when necessary. We we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We also cannot ship to International addresses due to prohibitive shipping costs. We cannot be responsible for errors in information that is provided to us. Any cost from such errors will not be refunded. The Chocolate Gallery does not require a signature upon delivery in order to avoid adding a possible extra 24 hours to the time in transit. The Chocolate Gallery is not responsible for stolen packages. 

Orders will be processed from Tuesday through Friday (excluding holidays). All orders placed on Tuesday through Thursday will be processed and shipped within 8 business days.

Orders that are placed after 3pm Friday through Monday will not be processed until Tuesday morning due to FedEx's and the Chocolate Gallery's days of operations. When your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number.

Our packaging includes the industry's best insulative packaging including pharmaceutical-grade gel packs, insulative liners and dry ice pellets when needed. The Chocolate Gallery of B/CS is not responsible for heat damage and does not offer refunds or exchanges due to heat related issues.

In Store Pickup Option:

If you are lucky enough to live in and around Aggieland you may use the discount code: INSTOREPICKUP at checkout to pick up your items at the Chocolate Gallery! When the discount code is used the shipping cost will be deducted from your order.  We will contact you to confirm and setup a pickup time.

The INSTOREPICKUP discount is to be used for picking up items in-store ONLY. We will not honor the discount code if the items need to be shipped. In the event you need to change your order from in store pick up to shipping, we will email you an invoice for payment of shipping.  Once the invoice is paid, your items will be shipped to you within 8 business days.
