The Chocolate Gallery of B/CS is a gourmet bakery and chocolate shop located in Historic Downtown Bryan, Texas. The masterminds behind the delicious creations at The Chocolate Gallery are husband and wife team, Chefs Josh and Ciana Neubauer, graduates from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.

After many customer requests, we have finally decided to sell our Officially Licensed Aggie Chocolates and Novelty Chocolates online in order to share these unique chocolates with everyone!
